This database provides a centralized list of weed rules affecting the labelling
and selling of seeds in various states and in the US as a whole.
As a service to the seed industry, we offer a customized interface to this
data. The raw data for this database is available to

and maintained by the USDA. The data itself has not been
altered. We present the information as a courtesy, without
warranty of any kind. Your use of this information is at your own

You can use the database by searching on Jurisdiction, Scientific Name or Common Name. Over time, we may develop ways to present the information in a friendlier format.
At the top, you can also click on the specific jurisdiction you are
interested in. For Pure Harvest Laboritories, the weed information will be
directly tied into the lab software. For customers of those Labs,
the information will be tied directly to your lab report.
